Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

Hours: Temporary (ADHOC)

Reporting to: Reception Supervisor


  • Assisting with general administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Delivering exceptional Customer Service face to face and via telephone.

  • Meet and greet visitors, approaching them in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answering customer queries and redirecting them to the appropriate person/department

  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Previous Reception Experience

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

  • Confident at delivering Telephone Customer Service

  • Self-reliant and enthusiastic with the ability to build rapport easily with a variety of clients

  • Smart and professional appearance

  • Good computer literacy

In order to be considered for this role you have to have the relevant experience and be available to work full time hours Monday-Saturday
