We currently have an opportunity for a part-time receptionist to work at one of our clients.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 1pm - 5pm

Duties will include -

  • Answering and forwarding calls

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • screening calls

  • Organising the post for various couriers

  • Monitoring visitor access and maintain security awareness

  • General administrative duties

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can be flexible with their hours and cover holiday for the opposite job share.
