Adecco are looking for an experienced receptionist to work for our public sector client based in Stafford. This is a temporary role for 3 months but could be longer due to restructure. Full time working hours are between Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Salary from £9.67ph. Immediate start required. This role will provide a professional first point of contact for members of the public and internal staff. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the room booking system, monitoring site CCTV and gate access where required, ensure all visitors are booked in correctly, monitoring of the switchboard and to handle a variety of queries within a prompt manner. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a full vetting check.
