Receptionist / Administrator Wanted

Based in Wolverhampton

Salary up to £16,000 - £25,000PA DOE


This is a pivotal role within our client's organisation. You will be fully responsible for the companies first impressions for visitors, guests and clients.

Successful candidates:

- Will have previous experience within customer service either face to face or over the phone

- Possess excellent telephone manner

- Excellent typing ability including touch typing, audio typing and copy typing

- The ability to speak with people at all levels

- Good PC skills including Word and Excel

- Typing experience is desirable but not essential

- Have a flexible approach to work duties

The Role:

- Meeting and greeting visitors who have pre-booked appointments

- Answering incoming calls and putting through to relevant departments

- Typing of letters and minuets from meetings

- Arranging meeting

- Dealing with reports

- Arranging appointments for senior management

The hours of work are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday with 1-hour lunch
