Our client based in York City Centre, offers a convenient central base for hotel breaks in York, with easy access to all the top local attractions. Their Front of House team offer a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all guests. Adecco have been instructed to recruit a Temporary Hotel Receptionist.

As Hotel Receptionist your duties will include;

  • Delivering an intuitive service to personalise the guest experience, along with providing information regarding the hotel and our surrounding areas.

  • Providing first class customer service and should be highly organised with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone

  • Being proficient in dealing with guest enquiries and requests efficiently.

  • Being comfortable working in a busy environment which requires consistency in customer service whilst working well under pressure.

The successful Receptionist will have working experience using Opera, have genuine passion for exceptional service, be able to communicate at all levels and possess excellent customer service.

The working hours for this role will be on a rota basis working 5 days over 7.

Pay rate for this role is £8.50 per hour.
