OUR Client based in Chiswick, West London is looking for a Recruitment coordinator to join there team ASAP.



This is a global Company and you will be working within their Inhouse recruitment team



You will need to speak fluent German and have recruitment co-ordination experience.



Working from home fully apart from maybe one day a week where you will work from their office in Chiswick.



Responsibilities


Data & Process Integrity



  • Can schedule interviews on both low and high volume according to the guide and within the set timeframes

  • Accurate admin in ATS and other systems to ensure we are aware of the status of any candidate, event or project.

  • Follows the right steps & guides when scheduling interviews (do the right checks, use the right steps, etc.) and do to a near 100% everything within SLA

  • 100% accuracy on all written communication & admin.


Candidate Experience



  • Demonstrates in verbal and written communication that you are a professional brand ambassador

  • Communication with candidates and stakeholders is clear and concise, i.e. sending all comms within a timely manner with all the necessary attachments.

  • You go above and beyond to ensure the best candidate experience; you love to solve problems and bottlenecks.

  • Alerting bottlenecks if deadlines are at risk or 'odd' cases arise with relevant stakeholders



Requirements



  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail is a must

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Team player, proactive and results-driven

  • Front-line ambassador - you communicate and represent yourself in a professional and friendly manner

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Fluency in German, Norwegian or French is a big plus. Fluency in any other European language is a plus.

  • Working knowledge in MS Office

  • Experience working in a Recruitment or Customer Support team is a big plus.
