The role of the Recruitment Assistant is to assist the On-Site Manager and Consultant in the delivery of recruitment and candidate aftercare management in line with specific client requirements.

The role is full time, 5 days a week - Monday - Friday. 37.5 hous per week.

The Role will be home based but a flexible approach to coming On Site when needed is a must. This may be 1 to 2 times per week depending on Company needs.

Duties will include the attraction of quality candidates and their subsequent aftercare whilst on assignment with Adecco and the client.

You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in the role:

  • You must have previous Administration experience.

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external customers.

  • Good verbal and written communications skills.

  • Time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines

  • Good interactive team skills.

  • Commitment to a flexible approach to the working day.

  • Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)

You will be expected to:

  • Source Suitable Candidates from Job Postings.

  • Recruit and complete the registration process for all candidates which meets client requirements and in line with Adecco business process manual.

  • Take up the appropriate references on all candidates.

  • Collate and maintain all candidate registration packs to ensure they are fully compliant with Employment legislation.

  • Assist in the care of all Associates whilst on assignment with Adecco.

  • Perform spot check audits in accordance to the Adecco business process manual.

  • Assist line manager to ensure that the maximum number of vacancies is filled.

  • Assist with the weekly manning of shifts and rotas.

  • Assist line manager in ensuring adherence to the Company policies and procedures and that administration is completed in accordance with these procedures and in line with Client requirements.

  • Assist with any HR issues - Investigations, Note Taking, Meeting minutes.

Full training will be given once employment commences. Administration experience is essential and a background in Recritment is desirable.
