We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to an established company based in Corby.

Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with no weekend working.

Salary: £10.50 per hour

This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanent in the future.

The role will be predominantly home based with the occasional need for working from site.

This is a varied and interesting role, where you will be responsible for a range of recruitment administrative duties and supporting the wider team when needed.

  • Advertising Vacancies

  • Ensuring the system is used effectively and kept up to date

  • Screening CVs

  • Shortlisting candidates

  • Liaising with managers, team leaders and recruitment agencies

  • Supporting candidates through the recruitment process where required

You will have have the below skills:

  • We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can work on their own initiative.

  • Strong IT skills and be confident with Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Highly organised and have excellent administrative skills.

  • Able to work at pace towards changing priorities.

  • Confidence to liaise with various stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.

  • Recruitment experience is highly desirable but not essential.
