Adecco are currently recruiting for an Onsite Recruitment Administrator to work with their manufacturing client in Melton Mowbray.

The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for the following:

*Recruit quality candidates and be responsible for their aftercare whilst on assignment with Adecco and the client

*Complete weekly payroll

*Building relationships with key stakeholders

*General administration duties

The Recruitment Administrator will need to have the following experience:

*Strong admin experience

*Previous recruitment/basic H.R experience or similar key attributes.

*Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

*Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external customers

*Time management, prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines

*Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems

*Driving licence
