The successful candidate will undertake duties such as liaising with applicants and new starters to obtain information, posting job adverts, chasing reference requests and taking queries via telephone and email.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills and good IT knowledge including Microsoft Office. Fantastic data entry skills and attention to detail is required for this role, along with previous experience in an administrative office based role.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM and this is a temporary role for 3 months initially, although this could get extended for the right person dependant on workload.

Rate of pay £9.65ph.

    • Self motivated and organised

    • Data entry and attention to detail skills

    • Computer literate

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Positive and outgoing attitude
