Due to another internal promotion we are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant to join our award winning branch. Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • To work closely alongside the branch consultants and be an important part of the team.

  • Where appropriate, handle incoming candidate CVs, arrange candidate appointments and guide candidates through the registration process.

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome for all visitors to the branch, greeting them with courtesy, in a friendly and business like manner in line with Adecco's core values.

  • Support the consultants in filling vacancies and assignments, both temporary and permanent.

  • Update and maintain candidate availability.

  • Lead generation and data capture.

  • Supporting consultants with registrations, interviews and client meetings.

  • Advertising new roles on all major platforms on behalf of third party clients.

  • Help support branch weekly payroll, in a timely fashion whilst ensuring the data entered is accurate.

  • Take responsibility for the issue and collation of time sheets on a weekly basis.

  • Ensure all branch administration is compliant with the company's quality standards.

  • Preparing branch marketing material.

  • General office administration.

  • Screening inbound calls.

  • Any ad-hoc tasks

Skill-set and desired experience required:

  • Resourcing experience would be advantageous however is not essential.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Strong work ethic and team focus, prepared to go the extra mile to support the branch.

  • Well organised, methodical approach to tasks, able to prioritise demanding workload.

  • Ability to think on feet and work independently when required.

  • Enjoys a challenging, varied role
