About the role



The role requires you to report to the Operations Manager, implementing Adecco business plans at branch level. Your tasks will include the following:



  • Identifying opportunities within the local recruitment market to minimise risks and maximise effectiveness.

  • Interpreting and implementing business strategy into clear, stimulating, and achievable business plans and targets.

  • Establishing and directing branch activities through motivating and supporting the team

  • Evaluating, delivering, and monitoring relevant metrics for the branch to ensure business is properly controlled, financial reporting and risk management.



About you



The ideal candidate will have some previous experience managing, coaching and developing a team. You should be motivated and be able to identify opportunities to grow your branch and implement strategic thinking. In addition, you should be comfortable with business development and recruitment and/or sales. Moreover, adept at picking up systems is a bonus.
