Contract Role






We are seeking a driven and ambitious recruitment consultant to support our current business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and successfully maintain a high level of service by meeting recruitment needs of our client.




You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in the role:




  • Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external customers




  • To be a driven recruiter with a proven track record of building lasting relationships with clients and candidates preferably experience within manufacturing / industrial recruitment.




  • Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems




  • Demonstrates a flexible approach to the working hours




  • Time management, prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines






You will be expected to:




  • Supporting with recruitment activity including assessments (supporting Trainers) and onboarding (RTW, Contracts etc.)

  • Check in's at the start of each shift and follow up directly with associates

  • Return to work interviews

  • Adecco accident reporting process

  • 1st line contact for any queries relating to pay, holidays, general, etc. for all Adecco associates

  • Take first line responsibility for the care of all Associates whilst on assignment with Adecco and provide basic line management including disciplinary, performance management and grievance

  • Supporting Clients in maintaining health and safety (H&S) standards

  • Work with Clients Manager to review Adecco associate's performance and conduct with suggested 2 week review process

  • Check PPE

  • Weekly reviews with Client Team Leaders/Shift Managers

  • Building strong relationships with both Client and Associates to ensure end goal is achieved

  • Expand the depth and breadth of customer relationships, identifying and understanding their current and future needs and deriving appropriate service offerings.

  • Maintain regular contact with candidates.

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.

  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of our clients business.

  • Monitor the development of customer relationships.

  • Ensure that all candidates complete the registration / assessment process correctly.

  • Carry out such other reasonable duties as are required by your line manager or the senior management team



Working hours



  • Monday - Friday Extremely flexible
