What does the role involve?

Recruitment is a sales business so every element of your daily routine will involve sales activities, we therefore are looking for someone who has proven sales or recruitment experience.

  • Building up your market knowledge within your sector and utilising your knowledge to cultivate new business relationships

  • Cold calling clients & arranging meetings to discuss their business needs & sell the benefits of working with Adecco & the candidates you are representing.

  • Sourcing and engaging with candidates to support them in their career.

  • Effectively account managing client relationships to build effective long-term partnerships including existing clients & creating new opportunities.

  • Creating and activating marketing campaigns, using various methods to attract candidates & clients.

  • Utilising effective attraction methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates

  • Interviewing job seekers to establish their strengths and job requirements

  • Using job boards and social media to find the best applicants to place in your temporary and permanent roles

  • Maintaining regular contact with your portfolio of candidates.
