Adecco are pleased to welcome a new Recruitment Consultant to our team in Chester due to an internal promotion!

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer focused individual to join a successful team.

  • Working closely with our clients to provide a full recruitment and HR service

  • Attending client meetings

  • Delivering formal and informal presentations to customers

  • Carrying out weekly payroll checks, handle and resolve Associates pay queries

  • Take first line responsibility for the care of all Associates

  • Completing phone-pre-screen sessions and interviews with applicants

  • Ensuring all workers meet strict compliance standards

  • Working to targets and Service Level Agreements

  • Delivering a high level of professional customer service to all clients, candidates and colleagues


This opportunity would ideally suit an individual with a background or previous experience in recruitment/basic HR or similar key attributes.

Full training will be provided, but essential skills are:

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external customers

  • Good verbal and written communications skills

  • Time management, prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines

  • Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems

Our clients have bases across North Wales and Cheshire, so you will need to have your own transport to visit these sites independently.

This is a full time role- Mon-Fri within office hours.
