Due to our success so far, the Adecco Harrow office have a brilliant opportunity for a spirited and enthusiastic individual to join their ambitious and friendly team.


The primary functions of the position are to ensure your personal sales results contribute to the branch by achieving and exceeding the KPI's set by your manager. This is achieved by identifying potential recruitment opportunities and generating revenue by placing candidates into assignments, either in new or existing accounts.



You will be expected to:



  • Achieve targets as set by your manager

  • Implement business plans as directed by your manager and create personal business plans to achieve objectives

  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve the branch objectives

  • Conduct sales presentations at client meetings

Key Role Responsibilities:


Customer Service



  • Identifies and understands customer's needs including their current and future needs.

  • Interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, previous employment and availability - match to suitable vacancies/assignments.

  • Maintain regular contact with candidates to continually assess their needs and actively seek suitable work for them.

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular contact and visits to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.

  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients' businesses.



Customer Management



  • Conduct client sales visits and make such contact as is necessary to maintain and increase sales.

  • Ensure compliance with any customer defined service level agreements.

  • Plan, monitor and control customer relationship management strategies through the use of SLA's, management information, service reviews and customer service initiatives.

  • Ensure that all clients are in possession of the Company's Terms and Conditions and have completed a H&S assessment.

  • Collate and maintain all client information to ensure correct invoicing.

  • Ensure that all candidates complete the registration process, tax and insurance documentation in line with the company Quality System and appropriate references are taken.



Customer Satisfaction


Manage and deliver excellent customer service by:



  • Providing a warm and professional welcome for all visitors to the branch to ensure that the first impressions and contact with Adecco are positive.

  • Ensuring the client/candidate experience is positive and rewarding in order to encourage them to continue to use Adecco.

  • Co-ordinating and collating candidate assessments and service evaluations.



Business Development/Identifying Opportunities



  • Identify opportunities for local business and ensure the opportunities are met effectively to maximise profitability.

  • Ensure you plan effectively to develop a pipeline of future business at local level.

  • Identify trends and developments in services, prices and delivery models.

  • Generate leads from all possible sources including networking.

  • Carry out direct sales to client prospects and customer service activities.

  • Obtain full details of all vacancies/assignments and understand all of the clients' requirements.

  • Negotiate with clients to set pricing resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business.

  • Increase customer's awareness of the Adecco Group's full product offering.

  • Look for every opportunity to promote the Adecco brand.
