Being committed, persistent and focused is the key to running a successful desk within Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant you are responsible for attracting candidates via adverts, job boards, social media, networking, headhunting and referrals and match candidates to the requirements of our clients in the local marketplace.

The position is a sales role and will involve introducing yourself and Adecco in various methods to build and maintain excellent working relationships and ensure you provide service excellence to our clients and candidates. You will be working towards weekly, monthly & quarterly targets.

To apply you will need:

- Proven experience building and maintaining relationships over the phone; this could be in a B2B or B2C environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Outstanding customer service values

- Negotiation skill

- Tenacity and drive

- Ability to work to targets and deadlines

You will be required to work full time hours Monday to Friday and must have a full UK driving license with transport, as you will be required to use your vehicle to attend meetings (expenses paid).
