Contract type: 6 months FTC


Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week


Salary: £27,540 per annum


Location: Hybrid - Bradford/Flexible on location


We are delighted to be working with a housing association that provides homes and services across the country. They are searching for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join their team! You will be reporting to the Talent & Performance Lead.


In this role, you will work closely with the colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers to fill roles within the organisation. You'll be customer facing, being the go-to person for all prospective candidates and recruitment queries. The role requires fast paced and requires flexibility and strong administration skills as you will be working on multiple roles at one time. Stakeholder engagement is key as you will be working with hiring managers and the HRBP's for each area of the business.


The day to day of the role includes but is not limited to:



  • Day to day candidate management

  • Advertising vacancies

  • Sifting through CV's alongside hiring managers

  • Shortlisting

  • Working with the three HRBP's for each business area

  • Scheduling interviews

  • Supporting and attending interviews

  • Administration

  • Dealing with feedback and enquiries for all direct requirements



To be successful in this position you will be a self-starter with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of professional and managerial groups.


You will be experienced in using up to date sourcing methods to attract candidates for all kinds of roles. Experience of filling hard to fill roles is advantageous.
