We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who can work in a high-volume recruitment environment to join our expanding Resourcing Team based in Castle Donington, Derby! This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-based and ambitious team at a very exciting time. The role will be part of a project team supporting a large UK-wide attraction campaign and will be responsible for taking part in recruitment events, telephone interviewing candidates, qualifying candidates for vacancies and maintaining a talent pool of suitable candidates for vacancies across the UK and Ireland.


The role will initially be offered on a 3 - 6 month contract but there is opportunity for permanent contracts for the right individuals.



Responsibilities:



  • Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates for review

  • Conducting initial telephone / video interviews with candidates

  • Understand vacancy requirements and matching candidates to suitable roles

  • Supporting candidates with completing their online applications

  • Inviting candidates to interviews and confirming their attendance

  • Handling and responding to resourcing mailboxes and phone lines




What we're looking for


You will be provided with all the training and support you need to be successful in the role - you'll need to be enthusiastic in providing an excellent candidate experience, confident with strong communication skills, have an eye for detail, able to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment and be able to work independently when required.


In return you will receive a salary of up to £22,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience and 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Additional benefits include pension scheme, life assurance and perks at work scheme.


Our core working hours for full-time positions are between 8.30am - 5.00pm.
