Clinical recruiter


Tower hill (hybrid 2 days in a week)



Our client is currently expanding, and their clinical recruitment team having gone through enormous growth in recent months.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that would enjoy working with a Healthcare organization and support Healthcare services by finding the right clinical staff for the job!

The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for driving targeted recruitment campaigns to find and attract Doctors, Surgeons and Nurses capable of working in the company.

You will work closely with the Head of Clinical Recruitment and Head of Operations and assist across an array of tasks from running marketing campaigns, registering suitable candidates, and selling our client, and supporting the compliance team bring candidates through the registration process.

Key responsibilities

  • Running targeted recruitment drives to find and attract clinicians in the areas our client needs most

  • Running marketing campaigns via social media and advertising platforms

  • Registering prospective candidates and sell our client to gain interest and chaperone them through the

registration process

  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates to help support company growth

  • Working closely with the compliance team to ensure candidates complete the registration process

  • Building an active network of candidates in the medical/surgical specialties you are assigned to

  • Communicating with internal divisions regularly with updates on candidates coming through your pipeline


  • Excellent, professional phone manner

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Computer literate and comfortable with

  • working via CRM software


  • Experience in a Medical Recruitment setting

  • Experience in a candidate resourcing capacity

  • Phone sales/B2B or B2C experience

  • Medical compliance/recruitment experience
