Recruitment Coordinator



The Recruitment Coordinator will manage all candidate administration as required to support our clients and internal recruitment teams within the SLA's and outlined processes defined.


This role will be working two days per week in the office and three days at home.



Key Responsibilities



Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Coordinate candidates for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews.

  • Pre-screens candidates according to identified qualification standards.

  • Enters and tracks candidate data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as required.

  • Audits candidate files to ensure required records are completed and entered into the appropriate electronic systems.

  • Fields moderately complex to complex inquiries from Suppliers and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to team manager/or contract manager as necessary.

  • Deputises for the Team Leader

  • Assists with and attends quarterly reviews with the client as and when required.

  • Identifies areas of potential optimisation, shares with management, and assists with developing solutions.

  • Trains and provides guidance on best practices, as well as client-specific needs and expectations, to less experienced team members.

  • Coordinating the relationship between client and supplier/candidate.

  • Assisting with supplier forums to discuss niche roles with the client.

  • Qualifying new requirements with the hiring manager to fully understand role requirements and to set expectations regarding time to hire.

  • Supplier training on the CRM system(beeline)

  • Participates in special projects/campaigns and performs other duties as assigned.

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

  • Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to reports, correspondences and other written materials.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Ability to prioritise, organise and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.

  • Ability to function effectively with or as part of a team.

  • Ability to perform accurately in a detail oriented environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.

  • Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Proficient with electronic recruiting, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

  • Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements.
