Adecco Warrington are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our lovely client based in Woolston.

This is a 6-month contract that has potential to become permanent dependent on workload.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility where required.

This is office based with hybrid flexibility (working from home).

Your responsibility is to support the HR Operations Support Team in offering the value add service required to deliver the HR strategy and grow the business. You will also deliver HR and Recruitment advice within your area of responsibility and deliver a consistently high quality standard of work across a varied range of tasks, with direction from the Recruitment Manager and HR Operations Support Manager.

Ultimately you will be sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all job levels including entry level, experienced professional/technical, support staff and management.

Daily Duties:

  • Phone interview candidates for Support and Operations

  • Ensure that the processes are followed thoroughly throughout the business to ensure compliance with procedures and legal/legislation.

  • Maintain HR Databases with 100% accuracy whilst performing analysis and raising and issues or concerns.

  • Collate required information for the monthly update and for business updates and to share with the central HR team.

  • To confidently negotiate with external suppliers in terms of cost to positively contribute to cost challenge.

  • To build strong relationships with key stakeholders of the business to build brand awareness both internally and externally.

  • Support in other areas of the HR Operations Support team as and when required

  • To keep up to date with any industry changes or legal changes to ensure compliance within the recruitment space.

  • Respond to all recruitment queries

  • Place employment ads in appropriate sources, maximising candidate attraction.

  • Other General Daily duties as delegated by Line Manager eg relevant administration.

Experience Required:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Ability to deal with sensitive issues professionally and confidentially

  • Can work well independently, and as part of a team

  • Manages time effectively to simultaneously undertake a number of tasks

  • Good knowledge of using MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Manage the expectations of the Recruitment Managers requirements, escalating concerns as necessary.

  • Build effective working relationships with the HR team and key stakeholders

  • Liaise with external suppliers in a professional and efficient manner, escalating issues as necessary to the HR Business Partner
