We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join a world leading competition authority. Our client is an organisation committed to ensuring competitive standards within businesses and ultimately ensuring consumers are being treated fairly whilst getting the best deals. Contract type:  FTC 2 years

Salary: £51,000-£59,000 per annum

Location: London / Hybrid

In this role, you will report to the Head of Recruitment. You will lead and progress a team who are responsible for delivering high-quality and advisory recruitment services. Working in a fast-paced environment you will ensure the team uses the best result-led sourcing strategies to attract top diverse talent. You will be in control of improving the process and practices of the recruitment team and providing advice to hiring managers. You will be responsible the team's key performance indicators are being met throughout the recruitment cycle.

Our clients are going through a time of growth and change which will impact the recruitment process so the ideal candidate should be confident and thrive when working with high-volume recruitment campaigns, you will be able to remain organised and ensure prospective candidates to deliver high-quality applications and are supported throughout the process.

To be successful in this role you will have experience and be confident in the following areas:

  • Have led a high-performing team of recruitment experts responsible for delivering recruitment activity.

  • You will be confident in team management and increasing team member's skills, learning, development, and achievement of objectives through regular one-to-one, team, and ad-hoc meetings.

  • You will have experience of organising, delegating and supervising work to drive campaigns at pace, ensuring our client's Recruitment Principles are followed at all stages of the process.

  • You will have experience of working with stakeholders and maintain that they are given accurate and timely advice, managed appropriately and that understanding of their vacancies and recruitment requirements are translated into effective recruitment strategies for individual and bulk campaigns.

  • You will have experience of developing and implementing diverse, relevant, and improved recruitment selection methodologies to ensure a diverse talent pool is attracted.
