My client is a global management consultancy that have over 15,000 employees and offices in over 30 countries. My client is looking for a International Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the City of London. You will play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment across all functions and will be focused on building internal relationships across the organisation to quickly becoming a trusted recruitment partner.

* Source and engage suitable candidates across various open roles within the business - everything from direct sourcing to identifying top talent, managing internal referrals and working with external agency suppliers.
* Partnering successfully with various stakeholders within the business to identify their immediate and future hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines accordingly.
* Manage the candidate journey and experience ensuring a positive interaction regardless of whether they get the job
* Interviewing at all levels across the business, both on the telephone, virtually and F2F once restrictions allow.
* Work closely with the Talent Acquisition management to reduce external recruitment spend and increase the volume of direct hires
* Play a key role in ensuring that across all areas of the business we are keeping diversity and inclusion front of mind
* Being actively involved in the running of graduate assessment days, recruitment events and internal recruitment activities.
* Utilise innovative recruiting methods including social media sites, networking events, building partnerships, etc
* Participate and play a key role in working across the regional recruitment team to develop, implement and deliver various Recruitment initiatives & projects.
Key Requirements

* International recruitment experience
* Extensive stakeholder management experience
* Can work as part of a team or on their own initiative.
* Can take instruction and action accordingly
* Quick thinking and able to trouble shoot and resolve problems independently.
* Attention to detail and accuracy when working and reporting.
* Excellent all-round communication skills.
