Do you have experience within Facilities Management and looking for a new challenge?

Adecco are proud to be working with a well established Company who are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join their expanding team.

Location: Essex and Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to £45,000

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

Extras: Vehicle or Car Allowance, Laptop and Phone


  • Experience in facilities management across multiple sites

  • Experience in social care

  • Experience being first point of contact for any issues/repairs

  • Great telephone manner

  • Happy to be based from different sites across Essex and Hertfordshire


  • Answer calls regarding repairs

  • Advise how to resolve issue or contact contractor to attend site to assist

  • Ensure maintenance staff are working to high standards

  • Schedule in maintenance for future work
