Adecco Chester are currently recruiting on behalf of the FCIN team for a Regional Manager.



The purpose of this role is to participate in the competency assessment process at Cranfield University and carry out audits of member forces' bases.



Salary: £50,250 - £55,665


Hours: Monday - Friday, full time hours


Duration: Permanent


Location: Mainly home based, with the requirement to travel around England and Wales including regular visits to North Wales.

Key Requirements:



  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of International and National standards providing professional advice on standards, regulations and associated requirements.

  • Review, interpret and integrate the requirements of new regulations into the eQMS; advising the FCIN's SLT on the most effective and efficient approach to address new requirements.

  • Successfully undertake training to become an ISO 17020 Internal Auditor. Lead, undertake and/or schedule internal audits, providing feedback, recommendations and options where applicable.

  • Advise officers and staff at all levels of policing, and external agencies, on forensic issues relating to collision scene management, forensic strategies and operational evidence recovery at serious collisions and other critical incidents.

  • Able to seek out and identify a range of information to identify patterns, trends and options, to solve multifaceted and complex problems.


  • Able to engage with a variety of audiences through a range of media to inform and/or persuade.




  • Able to seek out and identify a range of information to identify patterns, trends and options, to solve multifaceted and complex problems.




  • Able to manage the delivery of initiatives that change the structure of the organisation and / or the roles of staff and officers.
