Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Regional Sales Manager to work for the UK Head office of a successful and growing business based in Lancaster.


The role is assigned to the regional territory of Midlands, Wales and South West England.
Although most of the visits are attended virtually at present, the role will require travel in future with use of own car or hire car.


Salary: £30,300 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme
25 days holiday + stats.

Contracted Hours: 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexible working/remote options considered)



Due to sustained success in the UK and internationally, our client now has an opportunity for a commercially driven individual to join their team.


This role can be based remotely, or from their state-of-the-art new office in Lancaster. They are happy to be flexible around the location of the role but do ask the successful candidate to travel to the Lancaster office as required. The office is based very close to M6 motorway, so it's an easy commute.


Job Description


As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for presenting the company's qualifications at a variety of internal and external events, gaining new business from new and existing centres, visiting education providers to promote these qualifications, meeting targets, and taking forward new business initiatives. Using your innovative and creative flair and through gaining a good understanding of our products, you will think of new and exciting ways of attracting centres to deliver our qualifications.


In addition to recruiting new customers, the role requires a focus on relationship management, servicing all current customer accounts within the assigned region, ensuring the highest level of customer service, supporting our customers to facilitate further cooperation and growth.


At present you will be expected to hold virtual meetings with customers, this may change in the future, and you will be expected to visit customers across the UK, particularly in the Midlands, Wales and South West regions, subject to government guidance.


You should be an excellent team player with excellent interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills. You must have demonstrable sales experience and it is essential that you are an ambitious goal-orientated individual as this is a target driven role.
