We are seeking to hire a temporary member to work in my team for approximately 4-6 weeks This is a full-time position from 9am - 5pm, 35.5 hours per week, based near Hendon Central tube Station. You will be expected to work in the offices following the Government Social Distancing policy. There is parking facilities if you wish to drive.

You would have experience of working collaboratively as part of a team and to provide administrative assistance to support daily business activities. The role will involve handling and dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information. A lot of telephone work, clearing records and general office duties.

Ideally, the person needs to be self-motivated and able to efficiently manage conflicting priorities in a professional customer-service friendly manner. It is essential that you have the following skills and experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly, using sensitivity and tact

  • Ability to follow procedures and work accurately and with a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Experience of working as part of a busy team

  • Good IT/computing skills and knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Access, Excel & Outlook)

  • Experience/knowledge inputting and updating records
