Salary: £40,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus
Location: Canary Wharf, London

My client is looking for a Relationship Manager / Account Driver to join their UK Client Relationship Management team which enables my client to drive long-term, profitable growth through excellent client service and engagement across their UK business.



Role Purpose:



  • My client is looking for an Account Driver to support a number of key clients which form part of the UK client relationship management programme.

  • The Account Driver role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of the development of the UK client relationship management programme. This is a full-scale programme encompassing account management, client listening, training and development, financial and activity analysis and alignment with all services, sales processes and campaigns. The programme includes our most valued and strategically important investor, occupier and public sector clients in the UK.

  • The role will be focused on 5-10 accounts and will work closely with the Relationship Lead to develop the accounts and drive revenue and relationship growth.

  • The UK client relationship management programme has strong leadership support and is an established client programme which will be expanding over the next 12 months.

  • The role will suit candidates who are entrepreneurial, enjoying working on multiple ongoing projects, are adept at collaborating with colleagues across different teams, and who have experience in account management or business development.



What this job involves:



  • Work with the Relationship Leads to develop and execute the account plan on nominated clients, incorporating key priorities, opportunity identification, client engagement and feedback strategy and value-add activities.

  • Reconciliation of pipeline, forecast and revenue, working with business lines and finance.

  • Manage the client lifecycle, working with business development, marketing and research.

  • Ensure Salesforce is proactively managed and utilised to maximise revenue and pipeline.

  • Be across client and business information to inform the client team and account plan. This should include but is not limited to:

    • Client strategy, operations and property portfolio

    • Key contacts (including information in Datahug and Salesforce)

    • Competitor positioning

    • Existing and target contracts and renewal dates

    • Revenue and pipeline

    • Products and services

    • Marketing and research initiatives



  • Manage the client voice programme with the Relationship Leads, collecting feedback from clients on performance and service delivery.

  • Interact regularly with the Relationship Leads and Account Team to review the account strategy and ensure priorities and actions are moving forward.

  • Ensure that intranet pages, databases and documents are updated and maintained.

  • Input into programme communications and reporting.
