In this role, the Engineering administrator will work within the Birstall Reliability and Engineering team.

They will report into the reliability manager on a daily basis.

Main Duties

  • Monitoring the Maintenance Budget

  • Dealing with any invoice queries

  • Raising Purchase Order numbers

  • Majority of the work will be in SAP

  • Releasing maintenance plans

  • Dealing with External Contractors

The successful candidate will be -

  • Good computer skills (including Excel) - essential

  • Experience of SAP - essential

  • Excellent organisational skills - essential

  • Attention to detail - essential

  • Experience of working in a similar role - essential


  • GCSE (or equivalent)

  • Qualification in math and English (C minimum)
