Due to an increase in workload we are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer / Recruiter to join us at Adecco, supporting delivery across pre existing client accounts, with no business development required.


The role could be based on site or remotely.


Whilst this is an initial fixed term contract for 6 months; there is scope for extension based on increasing demands from our customers.

About the role



This role requires you to work closely with the Contract Manager and you will be responsible for:


*Candidate sourcing for both permanent and temporary positions


*Qualifying job roles or service requirements and understanding client's expectations to support with sourcing strategy


*Completing the registration process for all candidates who meet client requirements ensuring compliance to Adecco processes and Employment Legislation


*Take first line responsibility for the care of all Associates whilst on assignment with Adecco and provide basic line management including disciplinary, performance management and grievance


*Perform spot check audits in accordance to the Adecco business process manual


*Complete weekly payroll, handle and resolve Associates pay queries in a timely manner and ensure compliance in line with Client and Company standards


*Assist line manager to ensure that all vacancies are filled within the timeframes outlined within the SLA


*Assist line manager in ensuring adherence to Company policies and procedures


*Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all Clients and Associates


About you


The ideal candidate will preferably have some previous experience in a similar role or will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to deliver an excellent customer experience. Applications would also be considered from anybody with experience in a PPI case management environment. You will enjoy speaking to people both on the phone and face to face and will be able to build rapport with your candidates and clients. Most importantly, you will want to make a difference.
