Adecco Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a professional organisation based in the North of Bristol. They have an exciting opportunity for a resourcing supervisor to join their successful and busy team on a 12-month FTC. As a resourcing supervisor you will be responsible for scheduling and planning all of their site-based staff, this includes scheduling resources, materials and sub-contractors. You will be a key part of the team and will also be expected to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure response times and expectations are met.

Responsibilities



  • Scheduling the site teams and subcontractors

  • Offer business support to the site team

  • Overseeing the resourcing team daily, resolving any escalations

  • Delivering a high level of service

  • Regular customer communications ensuring expectations are managed

  • Ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality are met

  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the sub-contractors

  • Matching resource demand to supply

  • Ensuring compliance is met for site staff
