We are seeking to recruit candidates who would be able to fill a 6 month temporary role within the Resourcing Division of a large Government organisation.

Successful candidates will ideally have a Recruiting/Resourcing or HR background (1-2 years with CIPD), although this is not essential; training will be provided, but an understanding of the wider resourcing function would be an advantage.

The primary function of the role will involve providing relevant administrative, logistical and tactical support to recruitment campaigns.

The Resourcing Team is based in Croydon and this is a Hybrid role: WFH / in office two or three days a week.

Essential requirements:

  • Strong admin and/or business support background

  • Ideally CIPD or related HR degree

  • Junior HR or graduates in relative field and potentially strong administrators/business support admin/PAs who have an element of HR/Recruitment experience will be considered

  • Experience in HR/Recruitment environment essential

  • Good It and Database skills
