Salary: Up to £12 p/h

Experience and Motivation:

  • Excellent knowledge of Food Retail (restaurant, hotel, etc.)

  • Previous experience in Premium Coffee Shops and Retail Stores, also at international level, with specific customer service orientation

  • Fluent English, preferably Italian speaker and other European language is a plus

  • Passion for F&B (coffee, tea, wine, ..) and good customer orientation

Competencies And Responsibilities:

  • Control and maintenance of coffee equipment

  • Responsible of HACCP standards and cleaning activities (grocery area, warehouse)

  • Support in control and management of grocery stock and daily/weekly inventory

  • Waste management (target less than 1% of waste)

  • Be always updated on storytelling of products and beverages recipes, according to corporate training standards, with the support of Training Center and Marketing Retailing teams

  • Responsible on grocery sales

  • Meet all daily and weekly activities based on the assigned areas

  • POS Systems management

  • Customer's relation and sales push targets


  • Deep knowledge about all products

  • Coffee technical skills on different preparations (cappuccino, espresso, latte art, filter coffee..)

  • Manage very sustained work rates with discipline and control

  • Transmitting calm and serenity to colleagues and customers

  • High level of organisation, attention to detail and good priority management

  • Positive and constructive attitude

  • Pro activity in managing any problems

  • Manage customers relation accurately, patiently and politely

  • Is a role model in transmit passion and professionalism
