Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company based in Thatcham. The role is offering a starting salary of £19,500 with excellent company benefits.

Shifts include Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm & 10.30am-7pm and are on a weekly rotation basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, ability to work well under pressure and good attention to detail.

Duties include:

  • Managing cancellations and exchanges

  • Maintain files and emails

  • Responsible for customer handsets out for repair

  • Suggest improvements to current processes

  • Liaise with Third Party logistic providers via email and telephone

  • Provide daily excel file with returns instructions

  • Maintain data security with passwords

  • Liaise with Networks via email and system updates

  • Advise on upgrades and cancellations
