What you'll do:
● View and action reported content on an ongoing basis.
● Respond to user enquiries and escalations pertaining to user safety.
● Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased, and timely investigations into reported content.
● Review and gather evidence to support the decisions and actions you take.
● Identify and share observed patterns about reported content to elevate performance.
● Identify, escalate and help drive solutions for new issues, trends and potential bugs
● Work closely with quality assurance, product, and engineering teams, providing them with timely
metrics and analysis, investigating potential bugs, and following up with stakeholders as needed.

● Ability to view and process sensitive and disturbing content.
● Strong communication skills, specifically, the ability to defend decisions and provide context in
thought process
● Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
● Self-Starter - Takes initiative to identify opportunities to improve or build on processes and
work products. Results oriented
● Ability to identify patterns in behaviour that can be leveraged for improved decision making
● Strong organisational and time management skills to deal with shifting priorities and high
volumes of work
● Someone with the flexibility to work part-time hours, evenings, and weekends; shift schedule
may be across weekends, early morning 5 am and late nights up until 11 pm.
● Familiarity with Google Suite of products - Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
● Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate content is an asset
