Adecco are excited to be working with a well established client based in Ashford.


We are looking for Sales Admin Support to join their busy and growing sales team.



You will be required to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday only with 1 hour unpaid lunch.



Duties:



  • Dealing with customer queries

  • Answering incoming calls and emails

  • Dealing with customer deliveries

  • Liaising with other departments to fulfil orders

  • Handling returns and maintain the company system

  • Dealing with customer invoices





Requirements:



  • Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Previous Sales Admin experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload

  • Ability to think on your feet and deal with any issues

  • Strong communicator

  • Able to work well with others
