Sales Administrator

Temp to perm

£9.15 per hour


Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small friendly team in Andover.

You must be highly organised and able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and suppliers.

Duties to include:

  • Dealing with Customer Queries via telephone / email / fax in a timely manner.

  • Raising and sending machinery quotations.

  • sorting and sending post.

  • Raising Delivery Notes for all customers / distributors.

  • Raising deposit invoices for all machine orders.

  • Ordering stationary.

  • Booking in stock.

  • Filing documents.

  • Keeping the customer database up to date.

You must have a good telephone manner, manage time effectively and have some sales administration experience. You will not be required to sell the product or be involved in the selling to customers - this is an admin role and not a sales role.
