We currently have an excitng opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a growing and dynamic company based in Stratford. You will be supporting other areas of the business, acting as an integral part of the company's service and vision.

Your duties will include:

  • Actioning customer requests for both internal and external customers, whilst delivering a high level of customer service

  • Service contract management for hardware/software products

  • Contract creations, amendments and cancellations,as directed by the Sales team

  • Change of name/address, change of billing details

  • Arranging collection of equipment no longer required

This role will also be responsible for taking inbound calls from other areas of the business, providing support on the above-mentioned areas;

The most suitable candidate will have experience of order processing/management within a business to business environment, providing a fast and accurate service to customers. In return, the company offers excellent benefits and ongoing training and development.
