Are you an experienced administrator with sales and customer service skills?



Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established company who are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.



Key duties:



  • Customer service, both incoming and outgoing calls and emails, pro-actively selling

  • Processing orders and quotations

  • Reporting daily on sales, orders, products

  • Price reviews and sales promotions

  • General administration duties such as: payments, photocopying, filing



Requirements:



  • Strong experience in customer service and administration

  • Friendly, positive attitude with a confident telephone manner

  • Focused with a pro-active work ethic, both independently and within a team

  • Self-motivated and keen to learn

  • Ability to remain productive and calm during peak periods



Location: Basildon, Essex


Salary: £18,000 - £20,000


Working days: Monday - Friday


Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00


Duration of contract: Permanent
