Working for a dynamic and growing organisation you will be working in a busy fast paced Sales Administration team where you will be responsible for supporting customer accounts with all associated administration.

You will have strong Sales Administration experience and have intermediate excel skills to include doing V looks ups and pivot tables.

The Role

You will be working in a busy sales office, your role will mean you are responsible for the admin on National Accounts, processing orders and meeting deadlines for customer's orders/requirements.

There will be weekly reports/updates that need to be done in a timely manner.

Dealing with customer queries and requests via email and telephone

Whilst the above will be your role you will be working as part of a team where no-one get lefts behind, we are one office and between us we get everything done.

Skills Required

Highly organised able to work on own initiative

Able to communicate with customers at all levels

Must be able to manage their own work load, prioritise and meet deadlines.

Flexible attitude - needs to work as part of a team.

Strong XL skills

Previous Sales Administrator roles preferred

In return the role will offer a competitive salary of between £21-25k with some flexibility for the right person.
