8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

Job Spec:

  • Taking phone calls

  • Filing

  • Taking accurate messages and passing them on

  • Producing quotes

  • Writing up quotes on sage

  • Chasing up old quotes

  • Visiting customers and suppliers

  • Taking payments

  • Managing customer collections

Person spec:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good grammar skills

  • Strong attention to detail & organisation

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good IT skills
