Sales Administrator

£ 18,000 - £22,000


Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator

Duties Include but are not limited to:

� Process sales orders and maintain order data

� Handle customer enquiries from order to delivery

� Advised customers of order status, changes and supply issues

� Perform customer verifications

� Perform general office duties and project work as required

� Accurate customer feedback

Skills/Experience Required:

� Excellent telephone manners

� Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

� A Strong customer service approach

� Be IT literate, MS Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel)

� Familiar with CRM systems

� A proactive approach to work and problems
