The Role:



  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries from customers in a timely manner

  • Providing customers with quotations using a bespoke quote system

  • Processing orders

  • Negotiating on price, delivery and specifications with customers and production management

  • Following up quotes with customers in a timely manner

  • Customer service of the highest level

  • Liaising with the factory to check the progress of existing orders

  • Maintaining and developing relationships via telephone calls and emails
