My client based on the outskirts of Colchester are looking for a Sales Administrator to complete a team of Sales Executives. This is a fantastic and growing company, you will be based in their satellite office.



You will play a key part of the team being the sole sales administrator. You will support all enquires and process orders via the phone and email.




  • Be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately

  • Liaise with internal teams.

  • Keeping customers informed of new offers and process changes.

  • Work towards company's regional targets

  • Data entry of orders on the system.

  • Use CRM systems to anaylse customer spend



You will need to be organised and methodical, be attentive to detail. Working as a team you will build strong relationships and be able to communicate to clients on the telephone.


Salary: £16-17,000 (Dependant on Experience)


Hours:


Monday to Friday 8:30- 5pm


23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays.
