Sales Administrator

Full Time, £20,000, Exeter Outskirts

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join a well established and growing business based on the outskirts of Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the sales order processing & dealing with customer queries. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Sales order entry

  • Provide top quality customer service - answering queries, checking orders

  • Invoicing

  • Liaising with other departments to deliver a full service

  • This role is fast paced and requires someone with a logistical and proactive approach to planning and administrative tasks who also enjoys customer interaction & providing a great customer journey.


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong IT skills (experience using SAP preferred but not essential)

  • Strong Administration skills

  • Excellent Customer Service experience

  • Able to work as park of a team

  • Responsible, organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task.
