Our well-established client who are a market leader in their field are now looking for a talented German or French speaking Sales Administrator to join their multilingual team in Evesham.



The role


You will provide an excellent customer service and sales support to the customer base to ensure the smooth running of our export operations. Provide administration and sales support to Export Sales Management.



  • Ensure sales orders are received / processed within agreed timescales and communicated to customers.

  • Check product availability for orders /enquiries and keep customers and Export Sales updated.

  • Deal with delivery issues to completion, liaising with the warehouse team, transport providers and customers.

  • Obtain transport/shipping quotes as required, co-ordinate the submission of any required export documentations with the warehouse team, logistics providers and customers.

  • Respond to general enquiries & queries

  • Communicate with credit control in releasing credit held / proforma orders and offer support resolving customer payment issues.

  • Co-ordinate POS ordering (including bespoke requests) and consolidation for freight cost efficiency.

  • Assist in obtaining proof of Export.

  • Process sales return orders.

  • Assist Export Sales with commercial order pipeline stock forecasting/ reserves.

  • Provide CRM administration support.

  • Assist Export Sales to identify / develop new business opportunities, deliver new product launches, provide price quotations.


What we are looking for?



  • Must speak French or German

  • We are looking for a friendly and proactive candidate to join the team.

  • Previous administartion experiance is needed.

  • Great IT skills are needed and fantastic communication skills.
