Are you and experienced Sales Administrator looking for your next challenge then this is the role for you!

Our well established client based in Droitwich is looking to recruit for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy team.

If you enjoy supporting customers through the after sales journey whilst offering guidance and product support then this is the role for you.

Job Role

  • To Interact with customers offering guidance to assist them in making the correct purchasing decisions.

  • Initiate and process product orders from customers using windows-based process and payment systems.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast paced and target driven environment.

Candidate requirements

  • Confident with a persuasive telephone manner, great conversational skills, and a professional attitude.

  • At least 2 year's experience in handling customers sales enquiries over the telephone which is essential and a key part of the role.

  • The determination to create new sales lead generation and nurture existing customers, maximising their potential by up-selling our extensive range of products and services.

  • Exceptional organisation skills with high attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of sales order processing systems

  • Be Proactive, intuitive and hold a common-sense approach to selling.

  • The ability to question as well as actively listen to customer's needs and requirements.

  • Telesales experience preferred but not essential.

Hours of work: Permanent Full-time position contracted to 37.5 hours per week

08:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
