Adecco Harlow are proud to be working in partnership with a highly successful business located in Harlow. They are now looking for an experienced Sales Administrator, who is motivated and eager, to join their friendly and passionate team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and administration support within the sales office. Some of the duties will include:

  • Entering sales orders onto the system.

  • Having a clear understanding of purchase orders and invoices.

  • Communicating effectively with customers via phone and email.

  • Building relationships with customers in order to understand their business and the challenges they face.

  • Investigate credit requests and invoices as well as managing all administration processes.
