Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion of driving sales and fantastic customer service? Then I have the perfect role for you! I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client who are seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brilliant company.

Based in Ipswich, the successful candidate will be fully office-based and will consistently provide a first class service to customers and achieve KPIs. Please see below for full details of the role.

Salary and package:

  • Permanent, full-time role based in Ipswich

  • Salary: £20,000 to £23,000

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week

  • Shifts: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

  • Free parking

  • 28 days Annual Leave and company pension scheme

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming contact from customers through websites and email.

  • Work at the highest level of accuracy to ensure errors are kept to an absolute minimum and within set KPI's.

  • Promote products & services

  • Process orders to up-sell / cross-sell products or sourcing of products via the Quotes & Solutions team.

  • Build up knowledge of the business and markets through utilisation of websites/product training.

  • Consistently deliver the highest standards and quality of service that retains existing customers and supports the development and growth of new customers.

  • To provide backup & support for other Office Roles as required.

  • Effectively represents the business internally and externally. Be a clear role model with reference to professional behaviour, work ethics and customer service

Key qualities and experience:

  • Previous experience within a high pressure, dynamic, sales, customer service, or contact centre environment.

  • Computer literate with a working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office packages.

  • Educated to A Level
